We are complying with the CDC Guidelines for ongoing safety and sanitation at Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom. We have a few strict guidelines: All employees and students must wear Masks and Gloves in Class. Hand Sanitizer and Sterilization Products are available and used frequently! We will continually educate and enforce sanitation guidelines during classes as well as cleaning and sanitizing constantly. Parents will drop off AND pick up children at the front of the school ONLY - a hostess will check them in and out at the door - AND take their temperature daily. You will also need to fill out a Waiver Form. Food will be packaged to take home to enjoy on a daily basis.
